Undoing a reading log
Logged the wrong number, or the wrong day? Roll it back with one click.
Logged the wrong number? Realized Aleksei wasn't actually there? No problem. Every reading log shows up in your classroom's activity feed with an Undo button — click it, totals drop, you can re-log fresh.
Where to click
Click Undo on the log you want to take back. We'll ask you to confirm — the button will tell you exactly what's coming off, like "Undo 23 logs." Click again and totals drop immediately. Then you can log the right number from your dashboard.
Who can undo what
Teachers can undo logs they made in their own classrooms. School admins can undo any log in the school. Parents can undo their own home logs within 24 hours of making them — after that, they'll need to ask the teacher.
Prizes a student already earned stay earned
If a student crossed the line for a prize because of the log you're undoing, they keep the prize. Pulling a "you earned it!" celebration back from a child isn't right. (If you genuinely need to clear one, email hello@pagepledge.com and we'll help.)
There's no redo
Once you undo, the log is gone. If you change your mind, just log it again from scratch.
